Mary's School of
Motoring
Terms and
Conditions
All payments
must be made before the lesson begins (at the beginning of the lesson or
in advance).
If at anytime
the instructor suspects the pupil is unfit to drive for any reason,
including poor eyesight, under influence of drink or drugs the lesson will
cease IMMEDIATELY. No refund on the lesson will be
given.
24
hours notice must be given to cancel a lesson. Full lesson price will
apply for late cancellations.
All
endeavours will be made for the instructor to be on time.
Occasionally, outside factors may influence this. Where practicable the
pupil will be contacted by telephone if their instructor will be more than
10 minutes late. If it is not possible to conduct the full lesson
due to other commitments by either pupil or instructor, they will be
offered either a pro-rata refund on the lesson or the time lost will be
added to a future lesson.
The lesson
will cover the full amount of time paid for – unless any delay is
attributable to the pupil.
The
instructor reserves the right to withdraw the tuition car for tests,
without notice, should the pupil prove not to be up to test
standard.
A
minimum of 6 hours tuition/assessment is required before the
tuition car may be used in tests.
The
instructor cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to
instructor illness, adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown,
nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards
Agency.
